Lemon Lasagna Dessert

Ingredients
- — 1 package of lemon (or golden) Oreos - 52 Oreos
- — 1 stick unsalted butter (melted)
- — 1 stick salted butter
- — 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- — 1 cup powdered sugar
- — 16 oz Cool Whip
- — TWO 3.4 oz packages of lemon instant pudding
- — 3 cups milk
- — Lemons (for garnish)
Instructions
Crush Oreos (use food processor)
Place in ziplock bag and add melted butter
Mix until it is well combined
Press into the bottom of a 9x13 pan & spread evenly
In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar & HALF of the cool whip.
Blend well and pour over crust.
In another bowl, make pudding by combining milk & instand pudding.
Whisk together until pudding thickens.
Pour over cream cheese layer.
Refrigerate for at least 5 min.
Top off with the rest of the cool whip.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
